- He was born in Van on January 15, 1949.
- He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Van.
- In 1971, he graduated from the Department of Business Administration and Accounting at the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences.
- During his university studies, he worked as a "Research Technician" at the Ministry of Reconstruction and Settlement, General Directorate of Housing, Department of Squatter Housing Affairs.
- After passing the Revenue Controller examination administered by the Ministry of Finance, he was appointed as a Revenue Controller. He served in this position in Ankara from 1971 to 1977 and in Istanbul from 1977 to 1987.
- In October 1987, he voluntarily resigned from this position and began working in partnership with E. Atilla Selçuk in Istanbul.
- From 1989 to 1997, he served as the responsible lead auditor at the independent audit firm "Uzman Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş."
- In 1991, he obtained his Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant (YMM) license and established his own Sworn-in Certified Public Accounting practice in the same year.
- Since 2005, he has been a Founding Partner and Member of the Board of Directors of Karma Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.

- She was born in Istanbul on March 20, 1948.
- She completed her primary and secondary education in Istanbul and her high school education in Ankara.
- In 1970, she graduated from the Department of Economics and Finance at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences.
- In December 1971, she began her career as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance. She served for 24 years, working in the Ankara Group from 1971 to 1977 and in the Istanbul Group from 1977 to 1996, before retiring in February 1996.
- In April 1996, together with Serpil Özdeniz and Hikmet Berzeg, both retired Revenue Controllers, she established Akad Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi.
- Since 2005, she has been a Founding Partner of Karma Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.

- He was born in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, on March 31, 1967.
- He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Çorlu.
- In 1989, he graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
- He completed his military service in 1990.
- He received language training at Oxford House College in London.
- From January 14, 1991 to August 31, 1994, he worked as an Auditor at Uzman Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Denetim A.Ş., an independent audit firm.
- He was a Founding Partner and Member of the Board of Directors of Rasyonel Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş., an independent audit firm established on September 3, 1998. He transferred his shares in the company in 2002.
- Since 2005, he has been a Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karma Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.

- He was born in Ordu in 1965.
- He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, in 1986.
- On May 1, 1987, he began his career as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance, serving in the Training and Istanbul Groups.
- From 1998 to 2004, he served as the Samsun Regional Director of Revenue.
- From 2007 to 2010, he served as Chief Revenue Controller.
- In 2010, he was appointed Chief Tax Inspector.
- At the beginning of 2013, he left the Ministry of Finance to practice as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant. He has been practicing as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant since 2013.
- He is married with two children and speaks English and French.

She was born in Eskişehir on November 20, 1964.
- She graduated from Süleyman Çakır Girls' High School in 1980.
- In 1985, she graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
- From 1987 to 2009, she worked as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance.
- In 2009, she began practicing as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant.
- She joined Karma Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. in 2014.

- She was born in Ankara in 1964.
- She completed her primary and high school education in Ankara.
- In 1982, she was admitted to Ankara University Faculty of Law. After studying there for one year, she transferred to Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
- She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1986.
- She has been practicing as an independent attorney since 1988.
